The section on Jon Foreman and Drew Shirley's gear suggests that they mainly use vox amps, but you can tell from their sound, that they use something heavier. Most of their videos show orange amps. I think the vox amps are used for cleans or certain leads but I think the orange rockverb/thunderverb is the backbone of their sound

Hmm...I wonder how they set their EQ and gain because I can't get my VOX tonelab to sound anything like that. Switchfoot has a lot of bottom end in their sound
