Our buddy Miles has major G.A.S. over the Wampler Tumnus overdrive pedal. Could it be the best Klon-style OD pedal for the price? Check this pedal out!

The founding fathers of post-metal and there's no posts of their equipment anywhere. Steve uses custom Warmoth guitars and Scott uses Gibson Les Pauls, but that's all I found on them. Looks like some kind of Marshall amps, probably JCM series.

Recently found some stuff: Kelly uses a '93 Gibson Les Paul with a Duncan Distortion pickup in the bridge. His amp is just a Marshall JCM 800 with Earcandy Cabs. Most of the time, Kelly plays straight into the cab, sometimes with a little delay and a few other smaller effects, but he's pretty cut and dry. They both use .11 to .58 gauge strings.

Steve Von Till's rig more complicated, using strat and tele style guitars from custom warmoth parts. The tele has a P90 in the middle and his strat his a Seymour Duncan in the bridge. For amps he uses a Fender Twin Reverb for cleans and a Mesa Mar IV with a Mesa cab for the dirty channel. He uses a TON of different effects, including his ProCo Rat distortion to get the thick sound.

Typically, they even tune differently where Kelly is often tuned Drop D or dropping the low D to an A and Von Till tunes to DADGAD and a few other weird tunings.
