Hi,
did some research. Dougie Pointer has been using the following guitars and amps. He doesn't use any effects.

Guitars:
Musicman Sterling H (all customized. One in sparkly blue with LEDs, one in sparkly pink with LEDs, a green one with LEDs and a yellow one with inlays)
Musicman Sterling HS (white with LEDs, brown custom artwork)
Musicman Stingray (white, blue)
Fender Mark Hoppus Signature Bass
Fender Precision (green)
Fender Jazz Bass (red)

Amps:
Ashdown ABM900 EVOII with Ashwdown 8x10 box
