We've already got Big Dan on the site...and we have everyone from Shadows Fall, so I decided to look up the remaining 3 musicians (not the vocalist of course) and their gear.

Travis Miguel (Rhythm Guitarist):

Guitars:
ESP Travis Miguel Viper Flat-Top
LTD TM600 Signature guitar
Gibson Les Paul Studio (used in certain songs for live performances)

Amps:
Rivera Knucklehead Tre head
Rivera 4x12 cabs

Effects:
Line 6 DLT
Line 6 MM4
Line 6 FM4
Boss Reverb
Morley Bad Horsie Wah
Boss Noise Suppressor

Brandon Saller (Drummer):

Drums:
Truth Custom Drums kit with black acrylic shells
14" X 8" Snare
3" X 8" Rack Tom
14" X 9" Rack Tom
18" X 16" Floor Tom
20" x 16" Bass Drum (is known to use 2 or 3 at a time at live shows)

Cymbals:
Zildjian 15" Avedis New Beat Hi-hats
Zildjian 12" A Custom Splash
Zildjian 19" A Custom Medium crash
Zildjian 20" A Custom Medium crash
Zildjian 20" A Custom Projection ride
Zildjian 20" A China High

Other equipment:
Vic Firth sticks
DW pedals and hardware
BSCC cowbells

(Note: on the DW Drum website, Brandon is stated to use DW drums, pedals, and hardware: dwdrums.com/artists/roster.asp?p=17&PAGE=7)

Marc McKnight (Bassist):

Guitars:
Ernie Ball Musicman Stringray (Solid Black)
Ernie Ball Musicman Stringray (Sparkle Cherry Burst to Black)

Amps:
Ampeg SVT5-Pro and SVT4-Pro Amps (Fender Bassman from the 80's as a backup)
Ampeg SVT-810E Cabs

Effects:
Sansamp Bass Driver

Other:
Furhman Power Conditioner W/ Rack Lighting
BBE 362 Sonic Maximizer
Sennheiser EW100 Wireless System
Korg Toneworks Tuner
Dean Markley Blue Steel Medium Light Strings
Dean Markley Blue Steel 50-100 Gauge Strings (For some reason, the wikipedia article lists he uses both of these strings. It is unclear which one he mainly uses.)
Dunlop Light Grey 0.60mm Picks

On another note, I have heard that as well as Marc, Travis and Dan also use and endorse Dean Markley Blue Steel strings, but I have yet to find confirmation for this. All my info came from their wikipedia articles.

Travis: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travis_Miguel

Brandon: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandon_Saller

Marc: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marc_McKnight

I couldn't get the move feature to work, so I just made this thread in the section and deleted the old thread in requests. Sorry guys.

what happened when you tried to move the thread? I don't know if you see it, but at the bottom of your post I see a blue button thta says move. If I click on it, I can choose where to move the thread. I also uncheck the box to keep a ghost thread.

Let me know what you see and I'll look into it.

I did some more searching on Travis. I found these sources:

www.rivera.com/artists.php
peavey site
www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=2189971567
www.deanmarkley.com/EndArtists/Atreyu.shtml

The dean markely site confirms they all use their strings.

You'll find if you do a little extra research you'll find out all sorts of interesting stuff. Good tip on the strings. I'm off too work on getting this article up... :)

Thanks. I'm at my dads house right now but I can't remain on the computer for much longer.

I don't see a blue button...and I never did see one to begin with. I was going to do more research but I had to hurry because of class.

And don't worry about my grades as you said in chizz's Opeth thread. My lowest grade is an 85 and I only help with this site after my work in class is done.

Excellent. Sounds like you have the school thing going well. School first - then cool music stuff!

I'll tell you. my summer semester starts in a couple weeks and it's going to be hell until July for me. Will be nice to be done with it!

I see.

So did you ever figure out why I can't see that blue button?
