I was a tthat show and they played just short of 2 hours. Definitely not 3.5. Good show, though.

"Hendrix used a Vox. Crybaby just got the license to use his name on a Wah. I don't even think the Dunlop Crybaby existed when he was alive."

No, but the Thomas Organ Crybaby did, Dunlop bought the name.

i saw ween last night in anaheim. it's my 10th show since chocolate n cheese. they were great. dean did a lot of jamming and long solos. they played "ohio" from csn&y gene and dean were trading solos at the end. gene's solos were not that great. he's no stephen stills, neil young or dean ween for that matter. i loved his vocals effects and rhythm playing. ween played for about 3.5 hours. highlights include "drifter in the dark,"Little Birdy" and "Spring theme"

Hendrix did use a vox. and no jim dunlop did not start his co. until way later i believe, though dunlop has reproduced many of jimi's signature fx.

Dean has used both types of wahs. I have recent pictures of him using the vox wah in his pedalboard.

Deaner took after Hendrix. He had a Crybaby Wah, no way a Vox.
