Guys, i know exactly what kind of equipments Shavo has for playing. You are the first on this web site to know it. I sent an e-mail to tech 21 to know something about his equipment and they replied:
Shavo bought a PSA1 and BSDR (the same pedal in your picture) perhaps he purchased the GT2 (Tech 21) on his own. Now i m really really happy!

If you want a bass DI pedal for good tone, you wanna get the MXR M-80 DI+
it has distortion aswell, its used by In Flames, Marilyn Manson, Megadeth, Ozzy Osbourne and tons more metal bands.

Not 100% sure on the exact Sansamp bass pedal. The best info out there just says sansamp bass pedal. However there weren't that many sansamp bass pedals to choose from (there are some more models made
recently though).
