Jesper Strömblad is the guitarist and founder of the Swedish melodic death metal band In Flames.

Strömblad is currently the bassist and a guitarist of Dimension Zero, a side project which he started with former In Flames guitarist Glenn Ljungström. Strömblad is also currently a member of another side project he started called All Ends, for which he and his In Flames bandmate Björn Gelotte both write the music for.

question, i'm assuming that's him on the left as bjorn is on the right, so he's
playing an iceman...yet its not listed...?

It's funny you should ask that because I was wondering the exact same thing as I
was putting the article together. There are a few other pictures from that show
(it was a Slayer show) but none of them are very clear. If someone can verify
that is Jesper, that would be awesome. Then, I've never seen anything that says
he plays an Ibanez Iceman. So I'm hesitant to add it to the list if it was just
a one time fluke...but I could if people think it should be there.

from the looks of the head, it's an older iceman (as opposed to the new 1ct700)

that's not Jesper on the left. Jesper left the band temporarily one year ago and
that guy is his replacement on one show.

Thanks for straightening that out for us annihilator. For now I found a much
less zoomed photo... have to find a good creative commons pic or get permission
from someone at some point so we can get a better pic up.

the "Peavey 6505 amplifier head" ?... what I want to say is..., there
are no pedals, not racks?
