Trivium - Matt Heafy Guitar Gear Rig and Equipment E-mail

Matt Heafy is the lead vocalist and guitarist for the band Trivium. He is the main songwriter in the band, and is also responsible for composing a lot of the music.

I just saw them on Mayhem yesterday. Corey ran the MARSHALL JVM, and Matt ran the PEAVEY EVH III. Matt said he had it "hottrodded" and a noise gate added. Of course we didnt have much time
together.

I'm not sure if this should also go into pickups in effects, but I looked at a YouTube video of him being interviewed about his sig. guitar, and according to him, he had his own custom-designed
pickups on said guitar. I'm not sure which video it is though.
