He used a Roland/Boss SE-50 for the "duck" sound of "Sound of a Gun"
(NOT a Moog ring mod) and he also used it for the solo of "Show Me How to Live."

Hi PT. That is a "Locobox Analog Delay" pedal.

But it looks so much like a AD 9 Ibanez

No, you were right on that one. The one that you thought is a Guyatone is the Locobox.

Ah ok, my mistake. Ive never heard of locobox, im guess it was one of those cheap brands that went out of business or merged with another company kinda like DOD right? I gotta check that out though.

I've heard that he uses/used the Boss SE 50 which has a sound called "Wah Sequencer" which is the exact same sound you're talking about.

What is a good substitute to the Marshall JCM amp? From what I understand those amps aren't being made anymore which makes them tough to find.

i dont think you can buy it. you could buy a fender H/H strat and put some emgs in it and trick it out yourself. or come up with a guitar design that is entirely your own.

Sorry, you are wrong. Here are the words right out of Tom's mouth:

"What are the other tones in "Guerilla Radio"?

The phased sound before the solo is an Electro-Harmonix Small Stone. The solo is two tracks. On one part I'm using a Talk Box and triggering the notes with the toggle switch. The second part is the Whammy pedal set one octave up, with a wah and the toggle switch effect. -tom morello"
